Horseback Riding Camp
Image by JJ-D40 via FlickrA great place to learn Horseback riding is at a camp that focuses on Horseback riding. Our son went to a Christian camp when he was in his mid teens and for him the most exciting part was learning Horseback riding for the first time.
I got to go to camp as a kid but they didn’t have any horses and for the most part it was totally boring unless we were doing something we shouldn’t have been doing which was mostly everything. Kids need excitement in their days at camp or their memories won’t be worth remembering and that can lead to not sending their own children to camp.
Personally for me most of the hobbies I enjoy today came from my childhood. In my adult years I find that the things that interested me as a kid don’t have the same interest today because I didn’t have the opportunity to persue them back then, like horseback riding. That is why sending your kids to a horseback riding camp when they are young is so important if you want them to have that skill and hobby when they grow up.
I remember back to when I was a young boy, we had a rodeo that was within walking distance of our farm. I loved watching the horseback riding and the riders skill at each task but I never got to ride a horse and as I got older I moved on to other things.
